Compassion is at the core of my approach and I’m deeply committed to helping you navigate relationship issues, interpersonal conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Whether you’re navigating the shift from college to the “real world,” finding yourself in miscommunications with family or friends, or experiencing heartbreak, I’m dedicated to meeting you where you are while fostering your growth.

As we unfold the different factors contributing to what is making you feel these intense emotions, we will work together to come up with solutions that can help you feel prepared to conquer your feelings both inside and outside of our sessions.

I believe that each person’s needs are unique and I use a variety of therapeutic techniques - including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Theory, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - to address your specific needs. It’s my goal that we can work together to empower you to find clarity, feel lighter, and guide you toward living your most genuine, authentic life. Using my training from the Gottman Institute, I can also help couples strengthen their relationship and work through issues to develop effective communication skills.

  • For me, the most rewarding part of the work is seeing clients experience metamorphic moments where they gain insight into what’s holding them back, enabling them to navigate their relationships more effectively. To facilitate personal growth and help individuals find healthier ways to communicate and connect is incredibly fulfilling and inspiring.
