I am a compassionate psychotherapist, deeply committed to helping you through these challenges from a holistic approach that recognizes your individuality. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing life transitions, relationship issues, interpersonal conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma. These can range from navigating the shift from college to the “real world” to miscommunications with family or friends to experiencing heartbreak.  With the understanding that each therapeutic relationship is unique, I’m dedicated to meeting you where you are while fostering your growth.

Experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma can make you feel isolated, overwhelmed, and hopeless that there is no way to combat these feelings. As we unfold the different factors contributing to what is making you feel these intense emotions we can work together to come up with solutions that can help you feel prepared to conquer your feelings both in and out of sessions.

To reflect the interconnectedness of past and present experiences, I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques - including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Theory, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions - to address your specific needs.
