We are not an in-network practice but we offer superbills to help make it easier for you to use any out-of-network benefits you may have.

In addition to virtual, our therapists also offer in office therapy sessions for anyone who prefers to be in person. Hybrid formats (both virtual and in office) therapy is offered as well.

Session fees vary by therapist and are available on each therapist's profile.

Your actual out-of-pocket cost will vary based on your own insurance benefits. If you don't already know your benefits, we're happy to work with you to help you find out an estimate of what your insurance might pay and what your individual cost would be.

For clients who a full fee would be a financial burden, our therapists work on a sliding scale model. Please reach out so we can work together to determine what would be reasonable for you.

A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of the total cost associated with your healthcare services. Good Faith Estimates are meant to reduce the incidence of surprise medical bills.

Good Faith Estimates include the costs associated with your regularly scheduled appointments. If you see your therapist once a week, your estimate will give you an idea of how much you'll spend on therapy for the upcoming year.

Good Faith Estimates do NOT include costs associated with cancellations, no-shows, or emergency sessions/crisis care.

At Madison Square, we offer Good Faith Estimates that project 1 year in advance. Based on the frequency of your sessions, we are able to offer an estimate for your total expected therapy costs for the year.

Keep in mind that this estimate will likely overestimate your costs since it doesn't take into account holidays and cancellations. A Good Faith Estimate is, of course, just an estimate and not an exact amount.
