How to Connect:



  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current New York State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
  • At least one (1) year of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals required. 
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Candidates willing to work a hybrid schedule with some sessions in office preferred.

  • Provide individual psychotherapy to clients, fostering an environment that upholds our principles of integrity and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, embodying integrity and accountability in all interactions.
  • Participate actively in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing to a culture of collaboration and shared learning.
  • Create monthly written content such as blog posts and articles, and participate in press opportunities to highlight clinical expertise and the practice’s mission
  • Engage in networking with referral sources, professional groups, and community organizations to increase visibility
  • Collaborate with the practice owner and team on creative outreach strategies to connect with potential clients
